content exclusivity rule
Membership Rule No. 001 (Rule's exclusive content) of the Colombian Network of Radio and Virtual Television hereinafter
RCRTV Whereby
is stated that:
1. Any channel belonging to the RCRTV can issue a channel content and current issues.
2. It will decide who is to deliver the content, looking first wrote it.
3. If a channel after being warned not to remove the content channel will eject and the MRTV RCRTV for 2 months, if the second notice, the content has not been removed, the channel will eject and the MRTV RCRTV for ONE YEAR, when the third and final warning channel has not withdrawn the content will have a permanent expulsion from the RCRTV and MRTV.
4. This law shall take effect from January 1, 2011.
Application Example:
"The Channel A transmits the X since 2007 and the B channel transmits it since 2009. "This means that Channel B will have to stop broadcasting the program.
Exceptions:
- Newsletter: Since they are entirely created spaces channel.
- Title Matches: "There is room movie channel A and there is a movie in the channel space B"
- Live Programs (less than one channel has exclusive)
- national and international chains
